Our Membership Purchase and Refund Policy

Your membership will not renew automatically. We will not charge the credit card you present for payment again unless you request it. To minimize our administrative costs and to keep the cost of Kerpoof memberships low, all memberships are prepaid. We provide a discount if you pre-pay for multiple months. We provide no refunds for any reason. Kerpoof memberships are sold "as-is" and without any warranty or guarantee. While you may cancel your membership at any time, you will not be refunded for any unused or remaining portion.
