How do some artists get so many stars? How do I earn more koins? You asked for the inside scope. Well, here it is! Tips and tricks to make you a Kerpoof Power User!

Super Doodle shortcuts

Hint:
Super Doodle lets you use keys on your keyboard. Try these shortcuts to make super doodles!
Tip - Use the grab tool to pick up a doodle. The grab tool looks like a hand.

DELETE = Deletes the selected item.
<-- --> = Arrow keys move a doodle around the picture.
i = Color Dropper
p = Pen
e = Erase
k = Fill
g = Grab Tool

Trick - Try using the CTRL key. What happens when you hold down the CTRL key and use the fill tool with blue, yellow, green or purple?

Picture and movie shortcuts

Hint:
Kerpoof's Picture Maker and Movie Maker have shortcuts. For example:

DEL = Deletes an object
SHIFT = Holding the SHIFT key while dragging an object moves it up and down. It even moves below ground!
CTRL = Holding the CTRL key while dragging an object makes a copy of it.

Kerpoof Koins - the best way to earn them

Hint:

Create Art: You earn Koins when you create art! After you finish, click "Done", and you will get Koins. The better the scene, the more Koins!
Share Art: Share your art to get stars. Every time you get stars you get Koins. The best art can earn hundreds or even thousands of Koins!

Tip - Your friends can vote for your creations too! Just have them search for your nickname. And then give your art stars!

Tip - Having trouble making a really awesome art? Don't worry. Over time you will get better. The most important thing is to have fun!

Kerpoof Koins - more ways to earn them

Hint:
Kerpoof rewards you for trying new things. This can be all sorts of things. For example:

If you draw a good circle in Super Doodle - you get Koins.
If you make the Sun set in the Picture Maker - you get Koins.
If you move an object below ground - you get Koins.

So just play around. You will be surprised how many ways you can earn Koins.

Cheat codes

Hint:
Kerpoof has some cheat codes. By typing secret words at the right time, special things happen. For example:

When you Make a Picture, pick the beach scene. Then drag in a character. Now click on their speech bubble and type, "Where is the tugboat?" Ta Da! The secret tugboat appears! Act quickly and drag it into your scene.
On the activity selection page, try XYZZY and other classic cheat codes.

Info Bubbles

Hint:
Ever wonder how much bamboo a panda can eat? What a samurai's sword is called? Find out by going on a Kerpoof treasure hunt! Enter Make a Picture and drag different objects onto the canvas. Look for the question mark icon next to the resize and rotate tools. Then click on the question mark to open up a "bubble" of information. Not all objects have info bubbles... keep looking until you find one!
