Kerpoof Drawing Contest
No Purchase Necessary to Participate

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States, including all fifty (50) states, and the District of Columbia. Entrants may be any age (and will compete in one of four age groups based on their age at the time of entry). Employees of Kerpoof, and any other individual or organization involved with this promotion, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible to win any of the prizes.
To enter, send us your original artwork that you have created using Kerpoof's Super Doodle. Your submission form may be printed in black and white. Your submission must be entirely original and be your own creation.
Your submission must include a completed submission form that with your name and age, your parent/guardian's name (or teacher and school), signature, and daytime phone number or email address.
The contest begins May 1, 2008 and ends June 1, 2008. Entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2008 and received by June 7, 2008. Entries become the property of Kerpoof and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or stolen entries or mail. On or about June 8, 2008, a qualified panel of judges will judge eligible entries equally on the basis of creativity, originality, and artistic appeal. Decisions of judges are final and binding in all respects. Potential winner's parents and guardians (or teachers) will be notified by phone and/or mail on or about June 10, 2008 and prize will be delivered on or about June 30, 2008.
Prizes: One or more winners will be chosen from each of the following age groups: seven and under (0-7), eight through twelve (8-12), thirteen through sixteen (13-16), and ages seventeen and up (17+). Each winner will receive a Wacom Bamboo Drawing Tablet and a cash prize of $25 and their drawing will be featured on the Kerpoof Web site.
The cash prizes include, in part, a publication fee for your submissions, and in exchange for this payment your submission shall be owned exclusively by Kerpoof, and the Sponsors may transfer their right of ownership without further permission or compensation.
Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if prizes cannot be awarded as described. Sponsors disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party goods provided to the winner. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules; winner may be subject to other verification and eligibility requirements (including age verification). Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if potential winner's parent/guardian fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to the entry with the next highest score. Entrants understand that Sponsors are not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this contest and acceptance, possession and use of prize.
Except where prohibited by law: (i) entry constitutes permission to
use winner's entry, name, hometown, drawings, and
any statements regarding this contest for editorial, public relations,
promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Kerpoof without
compensation; (ii) potential winner's parent/guardian will be required
to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Ownership/Liability
Release, Publicity Release and Copyright Assignment within 10 days of
notification or the entry with the next highest score will become an
alternate winner By participating and winning a prize, winner's
parent/guardian release Kerpoof, its parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers,
employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the
prize won and participation in the contest Subject to all
U. S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where
prohibited. Taxes, if any, on prizes are solely the responsibility of
winner. For the winners' names, available after June 30, 2008, send a
separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to above address. Vermont
residents may omit return postage.
